Acrylic Impact Modifier DL-50 Series

1.Product Description

    DL-50 series is a Weatherable Acrylic Modifier used in rigid PVC products.

    It has typical "core-shell" structure. The "core" is moderate cross-linked butyl acrylate(BA),the shell is methylate which have excellent compatibility with pvc resin.

    It not only improve impact resistance of the product,but also increase the surface gloss of the product,and especially the weatherability of the product.

    It is particularly suitable for outdoor products and widely used in PVC  profiles,sheets,boards,pipes,pipe fitting and various injection moulded products,etc.
